Post Strike!!

I know it's been a long time since I updated...and now it's gonna be even longer because: I'm going on a post strike until I receive the following items:

1. My (or a) Semisonic CD
2. Pictures from this summer off of peoples' digital cameras

I guess that's it. But those are important things. And whoever has those things knows who they are...

Superbowl XLI suuuucked...

Well, football is over for a while now, and I was NOT impressed with its last showing. First of all, I didn't really care about the "Big Game" to begin with because the Pats weren't in it. I was like, "I guess I want the Bears to win because I'm still mad at the Baby Horses for beating the Patriots...AND ANYONE WHO DOESN'T FEEL THE SAME WAY IS NOT A TRUE PATS FAN IN MY BOOK!!!" So I basically watched the game because it would be my last chance to watch football for a while. And it really was a terrible game. The stupid Bears kept throwing the ball to the other team. I was like, "That's NOT your team, Losers!" But I guess they didn't hear me...or they didn't want it bad enough...or they suck at football. Whatever.

Hm, what else is new...I've been going to the gym fairly consistently over the past week. I think the big motivating factor on this one is the fact that I can't stand paying a monthly fee for something I'm not really using. That's what's gonna make me keep going, I think. I took a weight training-type class yesterday, and I surely did the squats and lunges correctly, if nothing else, cause my legs and arse are hurtin'. I'm gonna try Pilates tonight...all of the strength/balance training of yoga sans the spiritual undertones...yessss!

Then I'm gonna write my thesis...? Ha.
