Quick Snake B-Log

I'm still on semi-strike until I get those pictures, but listening to my long-lost Semi-Sonic songs put me in a good mood. Plus I wanted to share:

I HEART piles of baby snakes. They are so cute. I've been looking at pictures of them online, and then today I went to the pet store for some aspen and frozen mice, and they got a whole bunch of babies in this week. They were all in a pile, except the one that was out exploring intermittently. (That's the one I would buy if I were in the market for another snake right now, which I'm not...plus they all had red eyes...) Anyways, they were so cute, all in their little pile. Trying, in vain, to keep each other warm. Silly snakes, body heat is for mammals.

Also, Lupe loves her new toy I made for her. I cut some holes in a cardboard tube. At first, she was like, "Meh, I'm going to curl up in the corner per usual, screw you and your attempts at showing me love by going above and beyond once again." Then when I got out of the shower, she had decided that she loves her new toy (and, if I can extrapolate from that love, me as well?). She hasn't left it all day. Thanks, Godmother, for the idea!
